Locations
My favorite locations in Malmö
Pildammsparken
Pildammsparken's special history and strongly neoclassical design make it unique among parks in Northern Europe. The planning in different stages has resulted in an interesting and distinctive park being created.
Address:
Pildammsparken, 217 46 Malmö
What I like about it
I enjoy wandering through the untamed section of the park, surrounded by beech trees, and taking leisurely walks around the pond, encircled by graceful willow trees.
Kungsparken
Kungsparken dates back to the mid-19th century, making it the oldest park in Malmö. It was established on land that was previously part of the fortification of Malmöhus Castle and was designed by the Danish landscape architect O. Hoegh Hansen.
Address:
Slottsgatan 33, 211 33 Malmö
What I like about it
I enjoy walking peacefully in the well-kept park, where the smell of pine trees fills the air, and I like being calm near the beautiful pond and canal.
Ribersborgsstranden
Ribersborg Beach - or Ribban as it is commonly called - is Malmö's most visited beach and consists of a strip of beach that is over 1.5 kilometers long.
Address:
Ribersborg, Malmö
What I like about it
I find great joy in embarking on extensive beach walks, marveling at the distant views of Öresundsbron and the city of Malmö.
